Staff Capabilities

All staff liaise on a daily basis with each other and the office in regards to patients care. All staff attend a monthly meeting to discuss each patients care and partake in inservice education. Staff receive regular and ongoing training in Woundcare, Continence care, Documentation, Equipment training, Aged Care, Palliative Care, Graduated Compression Bandaging, Personal care issues to name but a few, they also attended external training courses.

Staff training is paramount and the staff are encouraged to constantly update their knowledge. All AIN's have current senior First Aid certificates, and have attained their Certificate 3 in Aged Care which is a very comprehensive and accredited training course, as well, they are overseen by the Registered Nurses and give daily feedback to them regarding patient care.

Staff

For your security all staff wear a provided uniform polo shirt, with the company logo on the front. All staff have an ID badge clearly indicating they are an employee of the service, all staff undergo police criminal record checks prior to commencing employment and annually.
